• • AM and I went to Cherokee with my college roommate on February 23, 2007 to see Gretchen Wilson at Cherokee (HELL YEAH!). It was great, but she didn't sing long enough. I bought a t-shirt and a Redmeck Woman banner sticker for my van (this thing goes across the entire back of my van rear window). AM doesn't want me to put it up~ he thinks it is redneck (tee hee)
  • The fam went to a camping show the following day. It sucked. It was cold and rainy and all my favorite vendors weren't there. I don't think we will go back again.
  • Took Wild Man for another eye checkup. He is just past one year
    post-op (he had crossed eyes) and is doing well. We are patching his right eye, but it looks like we are weaning him off of it so hopefully we are almost done. He hates it!
  • AM tore several muscles in his shoulders somehow. He was out of work for a week and couldn't do much. No idea when or where he injured it, but they gave him some pretty good meds. He is all better now~ thank goodness.
  • Held a Pampered Chef party at my house this past Wednesday. Five people came and we had a good time. After all the sales from work and at the party I sold over $600! WHOO! So I got lots of free stuff. I'll take a pic if all my goodies when I get them. I'm so excited I just might actually start cooking real food.
  • The same night as my PC party, DQ started complaining of an ear ache. So off to the Urgent Care we went at 9 pm. Once there, she decided it was goofy-girl time, where she proceeded to stick out her butt and do her famous "booty" dance and let everyone know that she farted. Priceless I tell ya. At 10:30 pm I was told that she indeed had an ear infection, a double one as a matter-of-fact. Antibiotics? check.
  • The fam attended my FIL's 60th birthday on the 3rd. It was ok, but not all that kid-friendly. MIL (who is 44) tried to keep the kids entertained in a bedroom with computer games so that the festivities could include beer bongs (ok, not bongs, but beer, wine, and the like). We stayed until bed time. Oh, and I kept my nephew. All the while tryint desperately not to throw up as a migrane threatened to rear it's ugly head for the second day in a row.
  • Sunday (4th) we spent all day at my SIL's so that AM could fix their well
    pump. It was ok, but neither child got a nap. That always gets ugly. At least I got Chinese food out of it :)
  • Tonight I join the Eastern Star (AM is a Mason). It is my intiation and elections so it will be a long night I am sure. I am going to miss Americal Idol so someone will have to fill me in on who sucked ass the most. What am I going to do for 2 hours between work and the meeting? I am fighting the urge to shop.
  • Tomorrow I go to the eye doctor. My eyes have hurt everyday for a while now and I am tired of it. I really think I need new glasses. Actually, I am going to try to get contacts, but a have an astigmatism so I don't know if I can do it. We shall see.

  That's about it folks. I am boring I know . Next week I am off to Greensboro for 5 long days. But I will have high speed internet so I am sure that you will be sick of me by the end of the week.
