Meet My New Renter!
After a record 7 offers (yes, I know I get excited easily) I finally decided on Taking A Sanity Break. He is a hoot and a vet to boot! Hey, it's Friday people. If nothing else, I think this place could use a little testosterone and a male's point of view.

In all seriousness though, I am very picky of those I bid on (researching those I bid on for similiar tastes and mentality), and happy when a bid is accepted.
I try not to be crude or obnoxious, and keep profanity down as much as I can (I slip here and there), but all-in-all I try and write for pleasure, to bring a smile, maybe a sad shake of the head...[chuckles]...but I try and make it interesting.
Perhaps I will take you up on your offer for a guest posting (maybe I shall start or try that for my renters also), though it helps if there is something you may want me to write about...gives me a bit of a guideline on what you would like to know I suppose.
Hey.. I came here cuz you rent from my daughter-in-law :)
