I don't know about you, but when I was a freshman in college I was bombarded with credit card offers. Everywhere I turned they were giving me credit cards. Me being the naive girl that I was I found myself with way too many for my own good. By the time I graduated I had wracked up a pretty hefty debt. I had at least three visa cards and two department store cards too. Being over $5000 in debt right out of college is a bad thing. I wish that there were informative resources such as Credit Card News and Credit Card Advice out there at the time. Boy, if I only knew then what I know now I would have a whole lot more money in the bank.
